Richard is a lawyer with 10 years’ experience in the legal sector having worked in the City in a variety of corporate finance roles for leading international firms including White & Case and KL Gates, and also as an in-house lawyer and consultant for a range of high-growth technology companies and early stage startups.
Richard is passionate about small businesses and he established Atypical Law to help them get a better deal from professional services. Richard now provides legal and strategic consultancy services to early stage startups across a variety of sectors including tech, financial services, fashion, music and travel and is a mentor to a number of small business accelerator and incubator programmes.
